Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

Tulo Energy made switching from old supplier very easy. They did all the work. They communicate by email or text. No need for paper bills or statements. I have been happy with the service they provide.
Tulo's service has been reliable, and I haven’t experienced any major issues with billing or supply. One thing I appreciate is their communication regarding industry changes. They were proactive in informing customers about future Ofgem changes, explaining how these might impact pricing and policies.
When setting up an account, Tulo were very easy to contact. They subcontracted another business to install smart meters for us which happened very quickly. On multiple occasions I needed to contact Tulo and I got through very quickly. I spoke multiple times (I think his name was Mark) who was very polite, professional, and I felt went over and above to help us iron o it a few details when moving house. I really appreciate Tulo and found they have been much more pleasant to interact with than our previous energy providers. Many Thanks, Andrew

Everything has been straightforward since switching in May 2024
Cheapest rates that stay low even when everyone else raises theirs because of price cap increase. To me it means this company tries to be competitive and not exploit their customers. I had a smart meter for both gas and electricity and switching over was so easy I was skeptical. It turns out technology does work. I'm on the tracker rate, so I don't have fixed rates, yet Tulo's competitive rates are below fixed rates of other major suppliers. I've been with them for 11months. On average Tulo helped me save upwards of £30 per month compared to my previous supplier.

The app is easy to use. I can just upload a photo. The rates are reasonable and I am kept up to date with any changes.
