Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

I’m a new customer since 20th May and I’m extremely happy so far. The customer service and communication is outstanding and in comparison to British Gas there’s no comparison at all. I have a problem with my meter and they are coming out today to replace it. I’m astounded at the difference. Thank you so much.
I changed energy provider to tulo and saved over £500 a year. It was a seamless move as well.
Have had a good experience with Tulo. The prices appear to be better than any other competitors!
Positives - Great customer and easy to contact. Problems resolved speedily Room for improvement - I was overspending on a tariff for over a year and would have appreciated an email to let me know that there were more affordable tariffs that I could be moved to, to save me money
Im a new customer. So far I've been able to speak to an advisor very easily. They've been helpful. The app didn't always work which is a pain.
I have been with Tulo energy for over a year now. I do not have any negative thoughts about this provider since my account is very easily managed on the app and if I ever needed to contact the customer service team it has always been very easy (you can do it through phone or the app). It's a breath of fresh air moving from British gas. The only advice I would give is to have a smarter way than sending pictures and readings through the app every once a month.
I moved here last year from Zimbabwe, so all was new to me… chose Tulo energy who have assisted me when needed… and although I use the online service… I get the details to manage my account.. thank you
