Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

Bery happy with the service. Good communication. Easy to set up. Brilliant customer service
Quick and easy set up. App is good to upload meter readings for both gas and electricity. You can also upload photos of the readings at the same time. You get an email and text to remind to to do your monthly readings and when your bill comes in. If you don't use the app it's very annoying to log into your account online but otherwise no problems.
The app is clear and on the occasions I’ve reached out to them for different queries comms have been promptly returned. I have considered recommending to others, the only thing is now I’ve got an EV the tariff probably won’t work for me for much longer as opposed to other specific EV tariffs. Acc no 201223
