I have £4410in my account couldn’t use app doesn’t let me card doesn’t work. I couldn’t get a response from anyone for over five weeks now I closed my account thinking I might be able to give account details for my balance to go in but no still no reply my email is
Daylight robbery,...they suspend your account with no access to your money, their excuse is ACCOUNT REVIEW !!

FCA, FSCS, NCA and HMRC need to look into this so called mobile banking scam.

They hold my account and never contacted me like any other bank does plus they dont have a live chat or phone number for people to reach out in urgency.
I am a new business and my payment was delayed already due to bank holiday weekend and the soon payment came it went on hold for the longest time i thought the app was down or something until i wrote multiple messages to support to which someone responded the case was escalated to compliance team and they will get in touch and been waiting since them i explained to them that because of them my newly started business will fall before rise due to earning bad reputation money wise, i told them how this was financial abuse and mental torture and the amount of distress they are causing me coz failing to make timely payments will result in me ending up with bad business name, repu, breach of contracts and fines but they dont care
They closed my account for no reason, asked me to send a bank details they can send my funds to which i did sent to them but they haven’t reply back if they received it or anything and you can’t contact them, plus i’ve already made a complaint to Ofcom and other financial institutions, i even report it to the police as well. please i’m advising everyone not to bank with them, they’re unreliable and untrustworthy. Plus if i don’t receive my funds within 60days i’m showing up at their office in Birmingham.
If you value your money do not open an account with these fraudsters you will deposit monies and they will freeze your account and keep the money. No way to contact them as they block your email and also no phone number
Terrible terrible financial institution they steal your money, please to anyone reading this.. do NOT bank witn Tryba it’s a scam company they have your account open untill you start to have some money in there and then they close your account with no reason and take your money and email you saying it could

Days to get your money back and they don’t reply at all after they send that! It’s a fraud company please no one fall for it !!!!! They are thieves !!! 0 stars you’ll regret it
It has been one day where they have not replied to me it says my transfer out are suspended and they are not replying to me or helping me get my funds I am in great need of my funds as I have no other funds to access at this point
Account under review due to me being a traveler. My friend sent me money to book holiday now have missed that as they got my money pure discrimination sent all proof of the payments. Haven't had anything back now can't even log in it don't even recognize I have an account. Avoid!!!!!!!!!
Lots of issues they said they sorted about 4 times but still the account was blocked then asked for proof of transfer for everything which I have gave them a reason for everything but heard nothing back wouldn't recommend if they sort this out will update review
