They hold my account and never contacted me like any other bank does plus they dont have a live chat or phone number for people to reach out in urgency. I am a new business and my payment was delayed already due to bank holiday weekend and the soon payment came it went on hold for the longest time i thought the app was down or something until i wrote multiple messages to support to which someone responded the case was escalated to compliance team and they will get in touch and been waiting since them i explained to them that because of them my newly started business will fall before rise due to earning bad reputation money wise, i told them how this was financial abuse and mental torture and the amount of distress they are causing me coz failing to make timely payments will result in me ending up with bad business name, repu, breach of contracts and fines but they dont care
