So far so good.

Hard time loading loads and loads near me won't load up at all.i have left a message for someone to fix problem but they haven't gotten back to me yet

It’s very hard to get loads

The app is horrible. Logs me out and there is always a glitch. Every time that it happens I have to call customer support and is really annoying.

The app doesn’t work. Deleted and reinstalled. Had this for 2 weeks but thinking of canceling due to issues

I feel like it's a big enough company to serve your every need, but at the same time a small enough type service where you can form a person to person relationship with people that work in Dispatch and tech support to their financial dept. Thank you

not what I expected. sales person told me I would book at least 4 loads per week of this load board.

Finding loads on TruckStop is haphazard at best! If you do find a load, they’re not factorable! Which why are there loads unfactorlable on a site that factors? A lot of times I try to check factorability on the app and it gives a number to call. FORGET ABOUT GETTING THROUGH!!! They don’t answer and don’t return your call! You have to send an email which you never know how long that will take getting a response! BY THEN…the LOAD IS GONE! $149 down the tubes! Customer service is not service at all and awful!!!

platform is great. There just isn't enough of the work that I'm looking for which is intermodal freight

Thought this app would have a lot more loads but in reality has a lot less loads that a 3 star app. Disappointed

I HAVE YET TO GET A LOAD FROM THIS SITE, yOU ONLY POST LOADS THAT MY DOG WOULD NOT TAKE, YOU POSTTHE CHEAPEST LOADS PARTIALS THAT A HOT SHOT CAN NOT AFFORD TO TAKE

I have not been able to find a load due to app issues.

The app is very easy to use. Works great. The only problem I have with it is no matter how you hit your breaks. It always says your over breaking. Or if you pass up another vehicle and the transmission down shifts, it says your over accelerating. You have to drive like you have a load of cracked eggs.
