Truckstop.com Load Board

Unfortunatley the gentleman who signed us up was very nice, seemed knowledgeable. Walked us thru the use of the board. As far as the factoring end, ALOT of information was left out. We were told only 2.9% taken out. We were ok with that. Then when we received the paperwork, we see all these fees, we were not told about. When questioned, we got a rude remark. Now were getting charged for extra BS. That no other companies had for factoring. Yes, we checked. I am very disappointed that this information was not provided up front. Then we also find out that as a Third party, services are just the "Middle person". So not only do you charge the $149.00 per month, plus a dozen miscelleanous fees. That is not cool.

Not many money making options with a box truck at least in my area the Gulf Coast lower Alabama area and was told someone would reach out to me but no one has doubt Il'l renew next month

Horrible horrible website errors everyday no customer service in the weekends. I requested to cancel and would like a refund. I cannot respond to your reply. Please contact me directly. I would like a refund.

The best load board

This is one of the best load boards. Quality brokers and less fraud. I would prefer that all brokers be required to list a PRICE, LxWxH and Load Description, to capture wasted time calling. I would also like the map interactive with the loads, so you can just hover on it and it pulls up the load info and contact information. Would be nice to have a Hotshot/non big rig section, so nobody is confused about the equipment, needed. No email only listings. Thank You

I signed up but unable to login or speak with anyone.

I paid for used but never can't worked with my tablet 😒. Never can't used.

I book the vast majority of our loads thru truckstop. I like the fact that it has the hotshot feature as it saves a lot of time looking at loads. I also like that I can multiple city searches pulled up on the same screen and can quickly look to see what the destination city has to offer for loads. The only negative that I have is that some loads don't specify that it is airmiles instead of physical miles.

Fast and useful

I was told that more smaller brokers/shippers work with TruckStop. Well last week I wasn't able to find any loads that met my criteria.

Since I've been subscribed I haven't found any loads to fit my truck needs and when I went to look for more loads. It wouldn't let me go further without requesting a upgrade. I'm not gonna pay a monthly fee for something that is not helpful to me. I haven't booked a load yet.
