Signed up with truck stop finally
Signed up with truck stop finally! Looking Over the load board has been fantastic. Should’ve done this a while ago . But I’m impressed on how TS has everything integrated into its platform, really helps out a lot . Thanks a lot TS.

For 7 days of my first month I couldn't…
For 7 days of my first month I couldn't use the app. I even Uninstalled it a reinstalled and still nothing. Every time is search a load it would pop up a blank screen and say "error" so I opted to not renew it.

Problems
Too many loads posted that have been covered but not removed. Too long wait time to talk with customer service. Constant mobile app issues. Password reset delays.

The app is so bad
The app is so bad, my husband use the app to find load and there is two weeks that he can’t used it . I already call Costome service, and until now I still waiting. We are so disappointed with the service.I hope that someone read this review and do something to improve the service.

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOGIN ONCE…
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOGIN ONCE SINCE I HAVE PURCHASED THE MEMBERSHIP. I AM RECEIVING COOKIE ERROR MESSAGES AND NOT BEING ABLE TO LOGIN. I HAVE CALLED THE SUPPORT TEAM OVER 32 DAYS AGO AND HAVE OPENED A TICKET I HAVE NOT YET HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE NOR HAVE I RECIEVED ANY EMAILS NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER. I WILL PROBABLY CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP TODAY!!!
