Not a great start with truck stop
Not a great start with truck stop. Set an appointment with a rep to go over the packages and he never called. Then I called to reset my password and was told my account was not active. After a few minutes it turned out it was. The app is vey glitchy and does not function properly.

I had technical issue
I had technical issue, contact them and tried no one could figure out what was going on, I was told I will be contacted within few days. waited and nothing, contacted them back shared my log in info with tech support and again could not figure out, long story short it took 2 weeks to fix the issue and still the charged me full month.

There is to much information that is…
There is to much information that is not accurate. I am having to second guess and ask a lot more questions. Toggling back and forth is crazy every time you hit the back button I lose my entire search and have to start all over again.

Same few companies
Same few companies. Not a big variety if you have multiple types of equipment. DAT still has a better success. UPDATE: I decided to try out another month. Now while its still the same few companies I do like their format and overall information given to you. I will take my 2 star and make it a 3.5.

I was told a lie. They specialized in hotshots and that's lie. All the loads I came across are 25 thousand pounds or more. Not worth 75 a month
