I enjoy the professionalism that Trinity dispatchers reflect. Well done. That being said I also have a problem with brokers (Trinity as well) not wanting to be more driven to keep rates up with competitors. While fuel costs have decreased, toll costs and repair costs have not and rates are not where they should be consistent with other brokers/shippers.

Honest. Once the load is booked you get it. No cancelation or tricky communication during booking What agreed is what to be done. During load hauling when you need dispatch you get him. Calls and emails answered which good.

Load was as posted no tricks. Always straight forward with drivers
