broker is asking us (the carrier ) to pay for unloading lumper service ( 296$ ) Also threatening to refuse detention if we continue to "argue" about unlaoding fees.... broker name Tiffany Daniels - BEWARE !

Please stop relaying to our reviews stating that you have not received a response from the driver! Your company has spoken with us both and still have not find a solution to our problem! Wrongful company...Do not recommend! We've worked for Trinity since 4/30/2021. Our companies work ethic was so excellent to the point we formed a personal relationship with your broker Zak. The relationship between us and Zak became so great to the point he felt comfortable with calling the driver directly to cover loads that he needed. It gets interesting... On 4/13/2023 we were asked by Zak to cover a last minute load from Michigan Peat in Hawkinsville Ga to Home Depot in Aiken SC that he couldn't get covered because honestly the rate posted was too low for any hauler to take unless they were coming through the area and needed something to get them back to SC (in my opinion). The driver proceeded to Michigan Peat for this last minute appointment. The driver was instructed by an employee ON THE YARD to enter the office to receive his paperwork for this delivery. Upon entering the facility the employee at Michigan Peat made the statement of "Don't Rush Me!". The driver informed him that someone instructed him to enter the facility due the paperwork being ready. The conversation escalated at this point. I'm not sure if this employee by the name of MARK was having a bad day or not due to us being there nearly EVERYDAY and never having an issue. He informed Trinity that he did not want the driver on the yard anymore. The driver did NOTHING wrong in this situation! I then took the initiative to reach out to the customer which is Kellogg to make a compliant. When Zak & his boss Joe got wind of me reaching out to Kellogg they decided to black list us as a whole company. I have been reaching out to Kellogg, Trinity, and Michigan Peat concerning this complaint. I will CONTINUE this matter until I feel it is addressed CORRECTLY. Joe is NOW trying to make us look bad as a company due to me reaching out to his customer but that's ok. If you allowed us to work for you that amount of time, it's obvious that we weren't so bad over all, right? RIGHT! We as a company will ALWAYS stand for what's right! You as a human will not treat anyone wrongfully and think there will be nothing from it. Fyi, we're not concerned about running for your company anymore because at the end of each day you will need us as truckers when it's all said and done. Also, I will post this review daily to let EVERYONE know how Trinity works as a WHOLE. If the owner allows his/her company to be operated in this manner then it's sicken! For the person monitoring this page, please do not ask for the shipment number & DOT because this information has been provided in a previous review. Your company should be aware of this issue due to it being ongoing. Respectfully Written, Shakita

Don’t ever book a load with Kokomo office zahari.zahariev. Lied about a load we where to pickup today 5/24 in Florida. After my driver arrived and waited 45 minutes to check in only to find out they sent another truck to pickup the same load. Called Zaharia who spent 20 minutes trying to tell me the load didn’t exist while my driver is talking to the shipper and the driver picking it up. Then refused to pay TONU stating the load did not exist. I absolutely can not stand being lied to or treated like I don’t know anything after 35 years in transportation. I would recommend never booking a load with Trinity the signed rate sheets mean nothing and you’ll end up loosing a day over this BS. I also called our DAT rep and filed a Bad Player report. I will also file this same complaint on their DOT authority review.

They’re bidding oversized loads so cheap that there’s no way to budget in for a pilot or escort car. Shame on Liz S.
