I had a mistake happen, and was given a opportunity to correct it. They worked with me and it was refreshing to have a broker who understands and helps keep you working if you're willing to put in the effort as well.

I have hauled three loads for Trinity. Each time I received accurate information. The individuals I spoke with were courteous and professional. The rates in my opinion were fair for the lanes.

Our load cancelled when we got to location. We were compensated and offered another load starting about 12 miles away. Eric was great and kept in contact through the whole process.

great communication

Took a load the broker could not get anyone to book all day long and then when we show up to get loaded, we were forced to spend 6.5 hours at the customer and still was not awarded any detention pay whatsoever. Horrible behavior from a brokerage that has been pretty fair in all previous experiences.

Really proffesional

As a one truck company I pride myself on building solid business relationships. And when I spoke to the broker I emphasize that. He had a lane and we agreed upon a rate. Ran that lane for over a month never late nor had any other issues. Then comes the well my manager wants to hold off to see if we can find someone cheaper. Cheap don't always mean better and in building relationships when you have someone who is doing the work day in and day out with no issues that should mean something. But in today's world regardless of the job you do it's meaningless. Trinity has shown they are no different than any other brokerage where relationships means NOTHING.
