I’m always given the vital information I need to pick up and deliver loads. Even when there are issues they are handled judiciously and quickly. I’m pleased with my experience. So far I’ve mostly hauled one way with Trinity. I’d like to be able to haul both ways more often.

Logistics Coordinator Taylor Holthaus was advised that carrier had been overloaded and didnt care, however he was quick to blame the driver for not getting scaled immediately. Taylor refused to compensate the driver even after prove of overweight by shipper was provided.
