You've have actually by far stock the worst building sand I have ever used!!!! SHOCKING SAND couldnt even bed a tile on without it sagging on a 2 inch bed Seriously you have cause me alot of stress and anxiety will not be stepping foot in a Travis sheet show again! And over priced
Just want to say how amazing Simon at Travis Perkins Maidenhead was today. We were let down by someone with top soil. I called TP Maidenhead and Simon and the team sorted it out and within 2 hours my top soil was here!!!! Thank you so much Simon and Maidenhead TP amazing!!!! Paul Brooker
Booked my delivery for Saturday and didn't receive it, nor did I get a courtesy call or text
They didn't come on the delivery date I had agreed, causing me to lose an afternoons paid work rushing to get to another clients house!
Let down by communication and deliveries. No communication on a delivery scheduled for today, order placed three days ago and nothing whatsoever from my local branch. Having spent a lot of money over the years I now have equipment on hire stood doing nothing because of the lack of communication. Travis Perkins certainly isn't the cheapest merchants by far and prices seem to vary in store depending on who serves. I would recommend using other merchants going forward.

I’m so impressed. One of our items arrived unfortunately damaged, customer service arranged for it to be collected and replaced asap the next working day as the depo had already closed. When I say asap, it had been already been collected and replaced by the time I got out of bed the next morning. Quality of the timber was also A+.
Ordered 2 x (overpriced) 600L of topsoil for delivery Saturday, simply because a confirmed Saturday delivery slot was available. Now we're told the delivery wont be until Tuesday at the earliest, but we can collect it if we want... Not quite sure how we're expected to collect nearly 1.5 tonne ourselves.
Great experience, had a call after online booking to confirm delivery. Delivery arrived today (on arranged day) from Minworth by Andy, although it couldn't be delivered quite were I wanted it (due to long prefront drive/cars in way) which I complete understand. Great service would recommend. The on day texts were great too.
Travis Perkins - Aintree I just wanted to leave a positive review for this firm because it’s deserved, 100%. I have recently been dealing with Graeme from the hire dept and I want to share my experience (as often people are very quick to moan but never comment on when something is good). Graeme’s customer service skills are impeccable. He is professional, responsive and understands what’s required to make a business stand out from its competitors. In the last few years I feel we have lost our customer service, this is not the case with Graeme at Travis Perkins. Definitely my go-to company from now on. If you work in this industry, you need to model this outstanding service… Thank you.

Paced an order with long Eaton depot for a bulk bag of stone, chippings, found customer service at the front desk, not the best, staff seemed a bit flippant about things at times, etc, spoke to the manager there Who assured me I would have my delivery on the following Tuesday, and also assured me that if he could get it on he would get it on on Monday instead, I did get the delivery put on on the Monday, so I would give them a thumbs up for that, but was then told by their office that there driver cannot get the wagon down the driveway, Which I was very annoyed about as I’d been in the office and showed them a picture of the driveway. Whilst the driver was there and they stated they would have no problem doing this, I was then told I would have to wait till Friday so they could bring it on a forklift instead, the reason for the extra days wait I was given is that the forklift was being repaired, I would add that this was a little bit unacceptable, as I find it hard to believe that a large company, like this only has one forklift,?!, on a slightly more positive note, the delivery was delivered on the Friday as stated, and the person deliveringIt was very polite and helpful. which should’ve been the case on my first experience purchasing the Product , cannot guarantee I’ll be purchasing from these again due to this,
I would definitely recommend this company as reliable and trustworthy. I ordered a large amount of garden sleepers on the Sunday and paid online. By 7 am next day my plans had changed so I had to cancel the order. While I was in the process of sending a cancellation email my phone rang and it was my local TP branch (Durham) contacting me to arrange delivery. I explained my situation and the young lady was very polite and told me it was not a problem and a refund would be initiated immediately which I received within a couple of days. I ordered a different product a few weeks later and this was arranged and delivered without problem within 3 days. Fantastic service and many thanks from a happy customer
Good morning sorry for my email but I’m little bit upset! I’m applied for your HGV class 2 role (advertising) which is still on Indeed . Next day I had a reply which saying my relevant experience is not enough for that role and someone else who have more experience will have a chance which is okay with me but how Travis Perkins office workers made any decisions like this without any interview or driving assessment? how you can know how much experience I have with my 21 years old Hgv license which made on 2002 without points and accidents! I’m drove 32 t 4 wheel drive hooklift lorry in London city centre without any issues, and many many more different trucks and many many different jobs since 2002 , I was driver in Army from my Cohntry as well ! I’m already worked busier and more complicated jobs in my life especially in nights as well , I have D category ( bus ) licence as well and lastly I’m 42 years old with half life Hgv experience because I’m already was driver in EU from 2002 so thank you very much for the chance ! Maximum only problem is I’m European but don’t say about my experiences not enough for that role … thank you

Went in for a 9” roller but ended up buying a few other bits and pieces. Staff were very helpful
Placed an order online, went to collect it at ten past four and the shutters are across with a tiny sign "closed early due to staff shortage" Waste of my time. Get some more staff you clowns. Or at least let your customers know. Update : It was the Long Eaton depot. Well, another failed attempt to collect my order today. Received an email this morning saying order ready to collect, closing time on the email states "17:00" - went again at ten past 4 and surprise surprise they are closed again with the same crappy note on the gates "closed early due to staff shortage" !!! Fortunately we have a Wickes opening in Long Eaton on Friday so I wont be wasting anymore of my time with TP.
Been using Travis for a number of years and they have always been professional and very competitive with their prices and deliveries are very reliable.
