Great service. Ordered from my local branch (Sheffield, Crystal Peaks), ordered online which was easier than I thought it would be, next day I received a call from a lovely lady to organise the delivery. Driver Neil was lovely and very professional and he placed the items right where we asked him to. I will definitely order form them again.

My local branch in swanage all staff are always very polite and very helpful. Adam the branch manager is always very helpful I order all my bathroom sanitary supplies from him. Prices are all very good.

Very helpful and polite person on the desk. When having a delivery its great to have a text message 30 minutes before expected delivery. Very polite and helpful delivery driver, always considerate when on our property and always takes away any loose plastic or ties.

I did a project in Birmingham and used their Kingswinford branch who invariably delivered the next day. It was a first class delivery service. It has been a different story since using using their Monmouth branch. I have placed a number of internet orderers over the past 12 months and not one has arrived on the delivery date selected on the internet or even the day after, with some sound insulation over a week late. This week, I placed an order on Thursday and selected the Saturday delivery they offered on their web page only to receive a phone call an hour later from the branch to say they don't have drivers for Saturday deliveries and are booked up until the following Tuesday, so I had to cancel the order and obtain the materials elsewhere. It was a complete waste of my time. Travis Perkins should not offer delivery dates on their web page if they know, or should know, that their Monmouth branch cannot achive them.

Had a timber delivery this week from Kidwelly branch - driver went above and beyond to deliver up some steps for me. Thank you!

I have been robbed by this company I bought 50 bags of k rendering ivory all the bags have come out different colour it's cost me arm and a leg the plaster had to take them out again I have rang few times the branch staff keeps telling me its not our fault when I ask I want to speak to manager he even won't come on the phone keeps avoiding me I must have rang them so many times I have all the pictures of the color k rendering is not cheap there have robbed my hard working money I'm gutted with this company absolutely terrible service don't buy rendering stuff from there I still have to pay my plaster all my materials have gone to waste I need this company to look into this it's about 1300 pounds of materials I bought from them

Excellent service ordering a bulk bag of stones. Online order seamless, contact from Keighley depot excellent also delivery notification and timings perfect. John delivered them right onto the area of garden prepared! Thank you

Where do i start. Sent an enquiry to Swadlincote branch. Prices came back then came payment. Wont take card on phone/BACS payments take 3/4 days to process. Every other BACS we makes is in supplier account within 20 mins. Then tried to pass me off to another branch. In end went to Huws gray who take payments on line and by phone as do all other merchants. Shame lost a £7k order

Popped into the Stowmarket branch this morning to pick up an urgently-needed length of decking planking. It was too long to fit in my car but no problem, the gentleman in the yard cut it down for me. Nothing special here, but the staff were great and couldn't have been more helpful. Good stuff!

Visited the Epsom branch and was immediately met by staff member in the yard who not only guided me to what I needed but discussed my project and gave me plenty of hints and tips. As an occasional DIY’er there input was really helpful. I also made a purchase in the shop and the customer service staff were equally as helpful and polite. A really positive experience. Thank you!

I made an enquiry regarding a Drill to be told they were all out, I said when will one be available. HE REPLIED HOW LONGS A PIECE OF STRING, Not the first time customer service has been a bit ropey in the Stratford upon Avon Branch I think some Training may be required.

Wattstown Travis Perkins - Superb customer service. Put an order in on Tuesday after Bank Holiday and had delivery on Wednesday morning. Glen the delivery guy was brilliant. So accommodating by dropping load as close to house as possible. Will always use these guys as service is always first class!
