If you are considering booking with Travel Republic, please read this. We booked what we thought was a luxury 5-star holiday. What we got was a nightmare with unsafe food and rude staff. But the worst part wasn't the hotel - it was the feeling of being completely abandoned by Travel Republic. We called and emailed them from day one. Their support team did nothing. For our entire holiday, we were stressed, sending emails, and trying to get a response while they delayed, ignored our evidence, and ultimately told us they couldn't help in time.
