Attraction tickets Booked attraction tickets on 7th May 2025 received a confirmation email which stated i would receive an email with my actual tickets within 4 to 5 days. Still waiting for the tickets to arrive called yesterday 19th may 2025 for somebody to tell me they are waoting for a response from the company they source the tickets from. They said they would call them again yesterday and call me back but not heard anything from them. Now i am in limbo as travel republic have my money and my trip is getting closer. These attractions are known to sell out that is why i booked over a month in advance. P.S. NO EMAIL OR COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE THAT I CAN FIND ONLINE

It was a difficult task to get hold of TR but thankfully I contacted them through messenger and a young lady called Kelsey picked up my message and acted promptly and made all the necessary changes to my booking. So a big thank you to Kelsey for all your help today.

Booked our holiday, was sent a link to Ryanair to confirm flight which just kept saying oops something went wrong. Telephoned Travelrepublic was told it was ok only to receive an email later saying our holiday had been cancelled. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND 8 DAYS LATER!

Easy to get pricing, and hotel I wanted and simple process to book

I had an awful experience using Travel Republic. We wanted to check in online for our Wizz air flight the day before, but we couldn't. We used the Wizz air booking reference they provided, and it didn't work hence there was no option for us to check in online. We contacted Travel Republic, and an automated message informed us that their office was closed. At the airport, we were charged 100 Euro in total to check in at their desk. Managed to call Travel Republic from the airport and they informed us that there should be 2 booking ref for Wizz Air. One for the outbound and another for the inbound flight. We have no information whatsoever about having 2 Wizz Air booking references, as they only emailed us 1 booking reference for the flight. We received the 1 booking reference at the time of the booking, which we have no reason to question. As with any flight, one would expect 1 booking reference for a return flight for a package holiday. The customer service on the phone didn't know why there were 2 Wizz Air booking references and couldn't tell us why we were only emailed 1 booking reference. Instead of apologising, the customer service over the phone blamed us for not contacting them, and it is our fault.

One of our party had to pull out the day after we booked the holiday as he was laid off his work. Travel Republic were unsympathetic and would not refund any of the total cost of the holiday incurred, even though the holiday was still 5 months away. I can understand losing the deposit, but not the entire cost of the holiday. Don’t use this company if there is the slightest chance that you or any of your party might have to cancel for whatever reason. There is a 100% non-refund policy with Travel Republic.

I find it hard to judge your services - based on the fact I have only booked - not actually had the holiday. But some feedback for you - you sell a holiday at £1118 but I actually paid £1132 so it increased during the booking process - this should be more transparent- Paying for Atol is a waste of space - they proved this during covid just like ABTA. You should make things clearer
