Agent quickly responded to my questions and booked my hotel then waited till my email came through to confirm everything was ok.

I received very good service from Vesna who helped me with quotes for a package holiday to New York. I ended up booking online as it came out slightly cheaper but it's great to be able to speak to a customer adviser when you have questions about flights or holidays prices.

AWFUL! I would never use again. Booked a holiday and paid in full. They upped the price 3 times before we eventually cancelled and booked cheaper through TUI

My wife Linda and myself left a deposit in January 2025 to stay at Le Meridien, Mauritius in June 2025. Someone has now bought out the hotel bookings and we have been offered an alternative Marriott group hotel and a 30 minute SPA treatment as compensation. We don’t want a SPA session. Travel Republic and Marriott couldn’t care less. I was brought up that when you shake on a deal the deal is done. Both Marriott and Travel Republic operate their business with no moral compass. We are in the process of cancelling and going to a non Marriott group hotel. Westin is part of the same group also.

Best price I could find for our chosen vacation. Straight forward booking process. Website is user-friendly. Email confirmation came through quickly. So far so good!

Has a I book with you year after year I think that I would have got a big discount on my holiday that I just booked with you I was very disappointed in the discount I got just 25pound of a£3133.40 hoilday I think had a computer you should get better deals to good customer that come back very year and sometime 2tes a year
