I had an awful experience using Travel…

I had an awful experience using Travel Republic. We wanted to check in online for our Wizz air flight the day before, but we couldn't. We used the Wizz air booking reference they provided, and it didn't work hence there was no option for us to check in online. We contacted Travel Republic, and an automated message informed us that their office was closed. At the airport, we were charged 100 Euro in total to check in at their desk. Managed to call Travel Republic from the airport and they informed us that there should be 2 booking ref for Wizz Air. One for the outbound and another for the inbound flight. We have no information whatsoever about having 2 Wizz Air booking references, as they only emailed us 1 booking reference for the flight. We received the 1 booking reference at the time of the booking, which we have no reason to question. As with any flight, one would expect 1 booking reference for a return flight for a package holiday. The customer service on the phone didn't know why there were 2 Wizz Air booking references and couldn't tell us why we were only emailed 1 booking reference. Instead of apologising, the customer service over the phone blamed us for not contacting them, and it is our fault.
