It was easy to search and pay for what I wanted

Got the holiday we asked for at a great price couldn’t ask for more

I stayed at dreams vacation hotel in sharm el sheikh twice last month Hotel is fantastic food and staff are fantastic and they made me feel like part of there family I only stayed by accident as there sister 5 star hotel next door was full However I was so happy I intend to stay here again next month

What an amazing company and the staff went beyond... I managed to mess up my booking not once but twice...2 different gentlemen went out of there way to phone and sort it out ,when I'd messed up. I'm pretty sure other travel companies would have let it roll unless I'd realised ..thanks to them ...I don't have to pay double ...first class .

Quick polite solved the problem

Improve by allowing to cancel and rebook hotel if hotel price reduces and not again have to pay admin fee and loose deposit. I dealt with hotel directly and they were nothing but amazing. Travel Republic less so

Easy site too use and good deals

Booked transfers with this company prior to arriving in Crete. Flight was 3hrs 50 mins. Transfer was a nightmare, once arrived went to the desk in the airport as requested to. Was given a slip and directed to Stand B bus 10. Bus 10 didn't exist, after much walking about and asking was eventually told to get on Bus 4. Told transfer would be around 2 hrs, 4hrs 15 minutes later was dropped at the edge of the town we were stopping in and told we were here. Nowhere near where we were stopping. Seemed very unorganised from booking to end. Tried to complain and cancel the return transfer, on the telephone numbers we were given ( on our documents ) told nothing to do with them and they just hung up. Suffice to say we paid for a return private taxi to the airport, to ensure we didn't miss our flight. Very poor experience from start to finish. Travel Republic Ref BND/22240894 Transfer Ref R3K9BY.

Be careful booking with Travel Republic as they don't provide instant bookings and then send you an email, Our supplier has not been able to confirm your booking and hope to have a response in 48 hours. In that time you have lost out on other great deals with other companies after paying your 20 pounds deposit. After numerous phone calls the trip has been cancelled due to supplier issue. Even as I write this review 3 days later they are still advertising the same deal, you have been warned. Absolute farce of a company.
