Tarik, at Travel republic went above and beyond to meet my customer service needs. When I first booked my holiday, I did not have enough money to add one of my youngest boy to it, so he was going to stay with his nan and dad’s home while we travel. Many months later, I felt so guilty as he kept asking if he can go. I finally had the money for him, so I asked if there was a way to add him on to the booking. You see my farther died a year ago and he was from Spain, so we are all travelling to his birth home in memory of him and see family. Tarik from customer service heard my pain and dilemma, and he carried out an impossible task and managed to add him to the booking. I had to pay extra but it was worth it knowing that my youngest son, knowing that all my children can travel to my farthers home town made my world feel fulfilled. Thank you so much. You don’t understand what this means to me. God bless you.
