Always use TR, required to change airline couple months before holiday, new return flight time was late at night 😥. Wasn't given much choice re new booking, found out while on hols that a better time flight was available a day later but wasn't informed...we are flexible so would have preferred that one....

Rang today with a couple of questions and spoke to Gemini. For some reason we got disconnected but she rang me straight away. Very polite and professional when answer my queries. Thank you.

Best booking site for Brits

Great prices, an easy to navigate website and booking process was simple. However, after booking I was sent a link to create a password and verify my account. I emailed support and in fairness heard back quickly on this occasion, I had to send screenshots and was told the developers will look into it. It’s still not been resolved and I can’t login to my account. I am trying to access my hotel and flight bookings via the airline and hotel, and the bookings can’t be found using the reference numbers given. I’ve emailed twice (the second time only this morning) and haven’t yet had a response. I need to access my booking so that I can apply for a visa via the airline- a bit worried as we fly next month. Please can someone get back to me??

After booking my holiday to zanzibar,fly dubai decided to change my flight times which made things more stressful...after speaking with Ben from travel Republic he managed to sort everything out without me having to stay in dubai for 12 more hours waiting around...absolutely brilliant service and very professional...I recommend travel Republic to anyone,they go above and beyond...thanks again ben
