We booked earlier in the year and noticed some changes with pricing so rang up and spoke to the very helpful Gemini who made the arrangements. Looking forward to flying out in a couple of months. Many thanks for your help

Jeez - ordered next working day delivery so was expecting on the 6th nothing then changed the delivery address as I was back at work, and they delivered on the 12th only to find it was not what I ordered I had some other poor guys tent which no doubt he is getting the run around wating for his delivery. Rang the supplier and contacted DX - they were searching the delivery depot to find my parcel and hoorah they found it its being delivered today 16th and to collect the tent. Yet Suprise Suprise couldn't deliver today sorry message. Contacted DX saying really! I get oh we put it on the wrong delivery van. So in summary - A delivery firm that does not deliver on time when they do deliver it’s the wrong parcel and they are so incompetent that even when it’s a re-delivery following a complaint they put it on the wrong van...Still no delivery and a tent in the back of the pick-up which will be going to the tip tomorrow so DX that’s on you. Absolutely hopeless and will not order anything from companies that use this company as a "delivery" firm.
