Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

I paid for a two-day course. While the first day provided valuable insights and knowledge sharing, the second day was largely focused on teasers and course promotion, which was disappointing. By 12 PM, I expressed my concern in the live chat, stating: "Can we go back to the course and stop with the teaser and course selling, please?" Shortly after, I was removed from the session. To be clear, the coach is highly knowledgeable and presents exceptionally well. For those able to invest further, the extended program may offer significant value. However, when a program is advertised as a two-day course, it should deliver on that promise rather than dedicating an entire day to sales pitches. Transparency is crucial—participants should receive what they paid for, while those interested in the advertised 12-month, $15,000 course should have the option to explore it separately. Unfortunately, I was removed simply for requesting what was initially promised.

The Touchstone coaches are a fountain of knowledge all gained through ‘doing the doing’ and are great for keeping me accountable for moving forward with action. My personal mentors so far have been Beth Bird and Indy Gill who are super positive and they’ve both made me feel truly inspired and motivated to keep taking steps towards achieving my goals! Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

I’ve just had the best 2 days training with the Wealth Academy guys and left feeling empowered and enabled , armed with knowledge I’ve never known before. The training was informative , interesting and delivered with a professional yet friendly manner, with humour chucked in for good measure . Soon as I’m in a position I will be signing up to the wealth academy and continuing my dream of leaving the NhS and commencing my journey and future in property. Thanks so much, feel like I’ve learned so much ! Xx

I would have given the two day virtual experience provided by Touchstone a positive five star rating. There is much knowledge to be gained from the presenters, stimulating success stories and some golden nuggets of information was relayed. However, two factors combined to detract from the rating of my personal experience. I received email communication from Touchstone before the event, but noticed that my name; William was spelt incorrectly. I informed them of the correct spelling of what is a common name, which they acknowledged, apologised and I assume updated their record. But to my dismay, the incorrect verbal and written direct communication was still used during the two day presentation. The second issue I had occurred an hour or so before the end, a question that I had raised and was informed would be addressed during the closing Q&A session wasn't presented or answered.

Pros - The insights gained was valuable. I feel the cost of GBP99.00 was spot on. Cons - Too much content on day 1. I feel the agenda could have been spread a little better over two days. May be even break up the learnings with students stories, One every morning and afternoon rather than 4 at the end. I also would have liked the agenda to have a timeline attached, helpful for students and facilitators. Also, very long days, 8:30-4:30pm would be a good timeframe in my view....
