Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.
Confidence building 121 with John Davidson today, reviewing costs and ROI for a flip project. Thanks for the advice and reassurances John :)

Lots of contents on this course and it was very informative. The presenters were very knowledgeable and very inspiring. They provided a good balance. The course has really inspired me to take action and I am having a conversation with Touchstone today about joining their academy.

Deceptive Practices & Unethical Sales Tactics – Avoid at All Costs! I was misled into signing up for Touchstone's program through aggressive and manipulative sales tactics. During the webinar, a so-called "mentor" was actively messaging me on WhatsApp, pressuring me to sign up. I have a full record of these messages, which clearly indicated that if I changed my mind, I would be entitled to a refund. This was even reiterated in the closing minutes of the webinar, creating a false sense of security. Trusting these promises, I signed up. Within 15 minutes of the webinar ending, I received an email inviting me to a “welcome meeting” at 5:45. What they failed to disclose was that by merely clicking the link to attend, I was unknowingly waiving my legal right to withdraw within 14 days. This was never made clear—just hidden in fine print with no transparency. The next morning, after reflecting on my financial situation, I requested to withdraw, only to be told that I had forfeited my right to a refund. Despite my repeated complaints, This company’s representative, outright refused to escalate my case to the directors, and ignored my requests for direct contact details. Instead, she coldly suggested I take the matter to the Ombudsman—clearly showing they have no interest in ethical business practices or customer satisfaction. I have now raised a formal dispute with my bank and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman. I am out of pocket by £15,000, while Touchstone walks away with over £1 million from just one weekend of aggressive, misleading sales. This company thrives on high-pressure tactics, legal loopholes, and customer exploitation, ensuring they rake in millions while silencing complaints with a well-prepared legal team. Even my assigned "mentor" admitted there was nothing he could do. BE WARNED: Do NOT trust the refund assurances they give you in the webinar. Their business model is built on deception, and once they have your money, they will do everything to keep it. If you value honesty, integrity, and financial security—stay far away from Touchstone! I would welcome a call from the directors but off the screen they appear to be 'Ghost' , unreachable characters.

I paid £99 for a 2 day course. The first day was very good, lots of valuable information and good examples of how to make good deals. Perhaps too much information to take in. But excelent speakers and content. The next day I bought the Year Education package Wealth Academy you were advertising because you said there were only 23 and then 14 places left. The price was discussed during the session and I also had a conversation via WhatsApp with the asigned succesful executive who gave me the price too, via WhatsApp. My feedback: * There were he excessive pressure and hard sale on the afternoon of the 2nd day to get people to buy the package, specially towards the end of the afternoon. It was too much. * Also you said the package (WA) was only once a year starting on March 24th, but the next day I found out in social media that you kept advertising the same 2 day course at only £49 (offering the same WA package) and I paid £99 for it. I don't think that is fare. In your reply you are not taking my feedback into account. The pressure to get the deal was execive and unnecessary. Your reply didn't said anyhing about you offering the same 2 day course for half the price. Your reply sounds more that you have nothing to do with the 2 issues I mentioned. I wrote because I hoped you would take notice of feedback but it seems is not the case. So then please do not send emails asking for "how was the experience?"

I Attended the Wealth Through Property online 2-day training. The information shared was very Clear and precise and opened my mind up to the wide range of opportunities available in the property World. The various speakers and presentations were very powerful in sending a message across about escaping the rat race and starting a business in property. I was inspired by the many possibilities of starting off a property business with very little money and how this could result in me increasing my wealth through property projects. This will be the start of my journey so thank you Touchstone.

I had a one-on-one session with Indy earlier this month, and it was incredibly insightful. The session provided valuable guidance, including actionable tips, goal-setting strategies, and a focus on personal accountability. While it was a bit intimidating, it also served as a much-needed wake-up call. I'm looking forward to scheduling another session with Indy in the future.

Although this two day course was helpful in respect to having my eyes opened to new opportunities. Don’t be fooled, It’s very much a two day sales pitch. After receiving a welcome pack which gives you all of their courses, prices and options of learning, this course only seemed to focus on pushing (and I mean pushing) their most expensive one. Not only do they push it hard, they offer a large discount during the two day course, making you believe that you’re getting a great deal - without explaining how or why they can reduce the course from £22k to £15k. They talk about due diligence when making deals in property, but they don’t allow you time to do your due diligence when dropping £15k of your own savings, or even worse encouraging you to get into debt to fund it. (And yes, my success executive suggested that “previous students have looked to their bank for a personal loan to fund the academy”) When asking detailed questions during the two days, we were simply met with “don’t get bogged down in the details, think big picture” - sorry guys, I want to do some due diligence here! Ultimately, if they really wanted to help and educate us, they would hear the concerns of the people that can’t drop £15k spontaneously, and offered cheaper more affordable options that they clearly offer in the welcome pack, but their job is to push their big ticket option only. There may be something to learn from this academy, but it’ll cost you a lot of money to delve into it properly. Be warned, if you want your £99 refunded from not getting enough value from the two days, you must tell them before starting day two otherwise you’re not entitled to it.
