Touchstone are a scam. Do not trust them!

Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!

Disappointed

Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

Very little real content

Very little real content. What there was was short on detail. For that you have to buy into their ongoing training. The 2 day event is a two day advertising opportunity to upsell the £15k course. Probably best to give it a miss.

What a escape

See below the response I got from touchstone education. Reply from Touchstone Education 2 days ago Hello John, We have no record of you on our system, which confirms you never enrolled in any of our programmes, including the Wealth Academy. Nearly all 1-star reviews follow the same pattern: no direct experience. In contrast, our 5-star reviews are filled with success stories from people who joined the Wealth Academy and are seeing real, lasting results. We encourage informed decisions, not assumptions. Kind regards, The Touchstone Education Team If you note they say nearly all 1 star reviews have no direct experience, this shows they are not reading and replying to all their one star reviews. From my view all 1 star reviews have attended the 2 day webinar but have been forced or lured into paying 15K for the main course with money back guarantee if their promises are not met, as you see getting a refund from these guys is like going through hell. Why would you have any record of me where this is all a game of money without fulfilling promises or meeting standards. I’m sure all your 5 star reviews are paid or you just go around asking random people to leave a 5 star review for you guys. Please don’t play with people’s hard earned money, this is a sin you are committing and you will all definitely pay for it. When most property investment companies are running with facts these guys are going with predictions, how silly?

I recently attended a two-day training…

I recently attended a two-day training course with Touchstone Education, hoping to gain valuable insights into property investment. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling misled and financially exploited. The course content, which could have been effectively delivered in a fraction of the time, was unnecessarily prolonged over two full days. Moreover, a significant portion of the sessions seemed dedicated to promoting their more expensive programs, costing upwards of £15,000, rather than providing the actionable knowledge I was seeking. This emphasis on upselling left me feeling that the primary objective was to encourage enrolment in additional courses rather than to educate participants. As a result, I felt pressured and disappointed, having invested both time and money into a program that did not deliver on its promises. Based on this experience, I would advise others seeking comprehensive property investment education to explore alternative resources that may better align with their learning objectives. I was initially enthusiastic about enrolling in Touchstone Education's Wealth Academy (WA). However, after reading numerous one-star reviews on Trustpilot, I reconsidered and ultimately decided against joining. Many reviewers highlighted that the courses are pre-recorded, and individuals who invested £15,000 felt that without full commitment, this substantial sum could be wasted. Additionally, the high-pressure sales tactics were concerning; when I declined the offer due to financial constraints, I was advised to consider using a credit card, which felt irresponsible given the uncertainty of recouping the investment. This experience led me to perceive the program as more focused on sales than genuine education. I would advise others to explore alternative property courses that are more affordable and offer practical guidance. As my partner wisely pointed out, investing £15,000 could be more effectively used as a deposit towards purchasing a property. Also wanted to add further that the two day programme which attracted approximately 180 attendees, each paying £99, generating around £17,820 in revenue. Throughout the event, participants were strongly pushed to enrol in an advanced program priced at £15,000, with claims that only 27 placements were available, creating a sense of urgency. By the time I left at 4:30 PM, 25 individuals had already enrolled, suggesting they were close to reaching their target of 27 participants, potentially generating an additional £405,000. This aggressive upselling strategy raises concerns about leveraging attendees' aspirations for financial gain, potentially prioritizing revenue generation over genuine educational value. Keep away from Touchstone education.

This course was an absolute waste of…

This course was an absolute waste of time and money. Stretching the content over two full days (9-5) was completely unnecessary, as the material could have easily been covered in just two hours. The majority of the course felt like pure promotional content, designed to pressure attendees into signing up for the expensive main course, which costs thousands. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

It was a grate 2 days experience

It was a grate 2 days experience. The only issue is about the charges for the Academy. Although you consider discount for those attending, still 15k is high amount. As you are sure about the quality and outcome, it would be better if you make a contract with students to take part of the money from the first or second property investment while you get part of that in advance e
