Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

This must have been the worst and most stressful thing I have done. First of all, they use a two day course basically as a selling point for the full programme which is £14,995 which I paid. First of all, I was mis-informed by Gordie about the cost of the course being a viable business expense, which is was not. And being a 'guru' with multiple businesses, you'd like to think you can trust they know what they are talking about, but maybe not. So, after finding this out, I asked for a refund as it would mean a whole lot more now taxes were applicable and I had basically been lied to from the get go. They were so reluctant to do this and didn't see my point of view that I no longer trusted them. During the 2 day course they mention about a 'money back guarantee if you don't double your investment'. In order to do this, you need to attend weekly Q&A calls, complete online courses and have monthly 1-1 calls. I done ALL of this, bar one or two weekly Q&A's as I was on holiday and had no internet access. Despite doing EVERYTHING for a whole year and not making any money back, let alone double, they are refusing to refund my money or any sum of compensation. It's £14,995 for just 20 MINUTES a month with a coach (I had to change coaches often as they didn't listen to what I was saying or what I wanted to do, I didn't feel like they cared), some online content and that's about it really. It's a rip off, you can get this information free on the internet and 20 minutes per month with a coach is no where near enough. I can't stress more that the experience I had is that they get you on a two day course, get your money and don't really care after that. Over priced, underwhelmed. AVOID.

Joined Touchstone mid February 2025 and been a great experience so far. We chose Indy Gill as our mentor after seeing him on the Q&A sessions demonstrating a huge wealth of knowledge, ambition and straightforward attitude. He absolutely smashed the 1-1 session giving us lots to think about, actions to take away and helped us understand how to achieve our goals. Highly recommend Indy and Touchstone

It was a great experience and investment, I learned a lot and it’s a good taster if you’re considering getting into property development. There was a huge amount of upselling for their 12 month course, but I suppose that’s inevitable given you’re getting 2 days for £99! I would definitely recommend it if you want to find out about different property strategies at a high level, understanding that you’ll need to invest more time and money in learning if you want to operationalise these. We had a 1-2-1 coaching session with Chris based around selecting a building company to renovate our first project. We chose Chris specifically because of his expertise & wealth of experience in this field, having worked as a builder himself for many years. He provided us with a lot of in depth information and tips on how to approach, select and work with trades in a professional manor to ensure we engage with the good quality companies who care for their work and operate correctly. Chris is direct, clear and a pleasure to talk to, he made us feel comfortable and listened to throughout our session. Big thanks to him for a great experience.
