Touchstone are a scam. Do not trust them!
Touchstone are a scam. DO NOT DO IT They rush you to sign up and then book you on the onboarding induction meeting within two days and then push you to an email they send highlighting - immediate access!!!! DO NOT PRESS that button - the warnings are not prominent for such a financial commitment IF YOU CLICK for access to find out more information about what to do it INVALIDATES your statutory cooling off period. It’s a Contract cleverly disguised. Even if you do not manage to access beyond the link on the page they say it’s a signed contract because you click for access despite no access given …..…. It’s a con. Not for people who are not IT experts or the trusting naive people like me. They took my money and refused to give me a refund after just 4 days!!!!!
Disappointed
Disappointed - I had hoped to learn a lot of what I needed to know. Instead the focus was around buying a 15k course & case studies of people from said course. Yes, there was some useful information - mindset was great and the snippets of other information but it could have been done in 2 hours rather than 2 days.

Property Sharks
Property Sharks This is the classic formula of grab your attention with free info, sign you up to course with a medium fee, market the hell out of that to get you to pay £15k for their academy. Promises of easy money, instant wealth etc. Use the £15k as a deposit for your first property instead. You can learn all of the info they share for free on resources like The Property Podcast and various books such as The Complete Guide to Property Investment etc. Do your research instead and avoid these guys

The right mentors is so important
We joined Touchstone in July 2024 because I knew we had to do something else to retire from our jobs and start living the way we wanted. After joining Touchstone, we needed to choose a coach and mentor. We were drawn to Indy Gill, who has been a great choice, as I need someone to ask me the soul-searching questions and to have walked in my shoes coming from a demanding profession and has achieved so much. Even today, in our 1-1, I was asked questions that made me think, look outside the box and drive ourselves forward. Thank you Indy, we really value your time and mentorship.

3 properties under our belt in under a year!
We have had great support on our journey from a number of the Touchstone Education coaches, all of whom are knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. Over recent months we have had support and advice in our 1-2-1 sessions from Wendy Caddis who has given us the confidence to stick to our plan and and follow our dream of becoming property investors. We are now the proud owners of not 1, not 2 but 3 properties for refurbishment and hope these will be the first of many. Without Wendy's experience, considered advice and encouragement along the way we may not have got this far. We have followed the creative thinking of many of the mentors which has allowed us to progress to this point in less than a year. Walk before your run, but always make forward progress.

I did my 2 day amazing and inspiring…
I did my 2 day amazing and inspiring course back in October and there was no rush to start, they encourage you to educate yourself first from the very well diverse property investments strategies library and connect and network with other members with weekly Q&A's and whats app groups. I've started my 1-2-1 with the coaches in January. Both Deanne and Nick are great coaches with a wealth of experience. Currently working with Nick, his knowledge and experience in the strategy we want to start is motivating and guiding us and helping to lay the foundations for building our business. We can't wait to follow his success. Touchstone members always look for a win win for everyone and is a helpful encouraging community. Of course need to mention the team in the office that organises and supports us, great friendly helpful team. Thank you to everyone. I hope to update this review at the end of the year with our success journey with Touchstone.
