Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

Don't rent cars with Topcar

Don't rent cars with Topcar. Even though they could have lower prices (in some case only few cent/day) don't trust them! They gave me the car with half tank, i returned it with the same level, but the day after they wrote to me that wasn't true and debited to my account 70€! To have an excuse more they said to me it was dirty (we are in Canarias, every car is dirty with sand)! [In italiano]: non noleggiate con Topcar. Mi hanno addebitato 70€ perchè mi han detto che ho restituito la macchina con meno benzina (cosa non vera) e mi han detto che hanno dovuto fare una pulizia speciale perchè era sporca (ma siamo alle canarie e tutte le macchine hanno la sabbia dentro). Comunque tutto ciò non giustifica 70€. Prendete piuttosto una macchina con un'altra compagnia (per quei pochi centesimi al giorno, lo consiglio vivamente)

They want to charge extra to clean the car.

Usually hire from top car in playa del ingles for 4 or 5 weeks without any issues. This time was threatened with a cleaning charge because the car was dirty. We’ve had a calima and rain. Will look elsewhere to hire a car from now on.

Bonjour Moi moyennement satisfaite car j’attends toujours mon double des clés de ma voiture Depuis 1 mois et demi alors que j’ai un document me disant dans 15 jours mes clés seront en ma possession et toujours rien... Je suis tout le temps en train de téléphoner et sans réponse 😡😡😡

Car rental Tenerife South Airport Just got a very old and awful car, definitely it is not a VW Polo or similar. They took 600 euros deposit, but on website tells that coverage is included. Tried to tell them that I dont want this old car with broken seats, got an answer that I can leave it, but anyway they will not give me refund. DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY.

Hände weg, nicht zu empfehlen.

Gemietetes Auto war nicht vorhanden, daher freiwillig ein Downgrade gemacht. Dies hat sich im nachhinein als grossen Fehler erwiesen. Pneu waren völlig spröde und abgenutzt, am dritten Tag hatten wir einen Platten und mussten abgeschleppt werden. Ein Auto, mit solch schlechter bereifung zu vermieten, grenzt für mich schon fast an eine kriminelle Handlung. Der Abschleppdienst hat über 260.- sfr. gekostet und wurde von der Kaution abgezogen. (Kaution wird nicht blockiert, sondern direkt abgezogen) Finde es eine bodenlose Frechheit, hier noch Kosten zu verrechnen. Ich habe nach langem nachdenken entschieden nur 2 Sterne zu vergeben. D264960 Was ich hier noch Anmerken will, der Kontakt mit TopCar hat immer funktioniert, erreichbar ist die Firma. Betreffend Kosten, die Rechnung geht an die Vollkaskoversicherung.

Pas mal!

1 première expérience moyenne rattrapée par 1 bonne deuxième expérience et une femme très compétente. Les 2 seuls points à revoir selon moi sont le fait de ne jamais avoir le plein de carburant comme présenté lors de la publicité et la localisation du bureau au 2ème sous sol qui n'est pas évidente.

Everything was very smooth and easy

Everything was very smooth and easy, when I wanted to extend my car I was able to do it over the phone and got a great rate (including insurance coverage). I also messaged the team after I picked up the car to let them know of some scratches that I noticed and they confirmed to me that I don't need to worry about previous damage. Good, responsive service. Would use again.
