Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Fantástica experiencia!!

Fantástica experiencia!!! Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito. El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

Waited over an hour in the queue

Waited over an hour in the queue. They tried to give us an inferior car. Do not use this conpany. When we receive the car, it was covered in scratches and dents, the kind that they try to charge you for when you return the car. Also, one of the indicator lights was broken and the boot had a broken sensor, indicating that it was open all of the time.

Topcar is echt top

Zeer tevreden over dit autoverhuur bedrijf. Schappelijke prijzen en uitstekende service. Ondanks dat onze MG het af liet weten op de dag van vertrek en we naar de luchthaven terug moesten rijden, was er binnen een uur een vervangende auto gebracht. Na zeer slechte ervaringen bij andere verhuurbedrijven (Firefly, Herz), valt Topcar in positieve zin op. Volgende keer weer Topcar voor mij!

Top Car ÄNDERUNGEN DRINGEND NOTWENDIG!!!hat die Zustand…

Top Car hat die Autos im besten Zustand aber die schlechteste Organisation! Wir benötigten jedesmal ca 45 Minuten bis wir endlich zu unserem vorreservierten Auto kamen. Die Rückgabe ist ebenso schlecht geregelt. Wieso nochmals den Schalter aufsuchen WIEDER WARTEN STIMMUNG IM KELLER!!!

Humiliating

Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I had to extend my rental by two days after having rented from them for a full two months. When I called to inquire, they quoted me €500 for the two-day extension—an amount that exceeds the cost of an entire month. Given my long-term rental, I find this pricing and approach to customer service quite unreasonable.

Ein Auto früh bestellt. Abholung dauerte 90 Minuten. Erhielten einen fast neuen Wagen. Rückgabe ganz einfach. Kaution nach 3 Tagen zurück. Gerne wieder

Yet another company that is massively understaffed. Huge queue, over an hour, three people on desk dealing with dozens of customers. Recommend AutoReisen/Comauto/Goldcar/Europcar if you don’t want to spend the first day of your holiday in Tenerife in the airport

De gros arnaqueurs!!

De gros arnaqueurs!!! Ils nous ont loué 1 voiture avec des pneus pourris et 1 a creuvé au bout d'1 demi heure de trajet. Nous avons non seulement dû perdre du temps à retourner à l aeroport car l'agence ne traite pas ce genre de problème, mais de plus on nous a débité 65e!!! Une bonne stratégie pour se faire payer des pneus neufs...bravo!!!

Conforme et sans problème

Une location pour une semaine avec Top Car. Le véhicule correspondait à la description. Il était récent et bien entretenu. Nous avons pris l'assurance "Super Cover"comme ça pas de franchise, pas de check out interminable. Nous repasserons par ce loueur l'an prochain. Petite suggestion d'amélioration : utiliser du lave glace et non de l'eau pour éviter les traces. On en utilise beaucoup avec les changements de paysages (plage, désert, fôret...)

Poor customer service

We collected the car keys at Top Car Lanzarote airport and were told to follow the dinosaurs to collect our car. We couldn’t see any dinosaurs and just headed out side to find Top Care staff at the underground car park. They asked if I was returning a car and we said no collecting it, we were pointed to the direction of a car park where buses also drop off. There wasn’t any staff to be seen and we had to go around cars with our car keys to find our car when it responded by unlocking. Staff are not helpful and didn’t seem to care. A member of staff pulled up to be told “i am not on duty now i will ask someone to come and help you Very poor customer service. Two stars are for the car as we didn’t have any problems after we worked out the controls by ourselves as no one there to help us
