This was my partner and i’s first time moving house, (selling and buying) it was extremely stressful through external factors but Kevin Danez and the team were fantastic with advice, patience and getting us over the line. Would highly recommend.

We were recommended TMT legal Services through our newbuild developer. Unfortunately, we did not receive a very good service at all. My emails were completely ignored, questions left unanswered, and phone calls never returned. The communication from the Newbuild Team Leader was pretty much non existent. We did not feel reassured or well looked after throughout the process and would not recommend this firm to anyone. Sadly, our developer has said we are not the first buyers to report this feedback with TMT.
Friendly and responsive team who made us feel like there were no silly questions and nothing was too much trouble. Moving home is so stressful but Jo and the team really helped us to navigate the process.

TMT managed my legals for the lease of my new salon and they were fantastic from start to finish. I didn't have a clue what I needed but Claire explained the process at each step and I had my shiny new salon in no time at all. I would highly recommend Shannon and the team at TMT. Having used other companies in the past and not being impressed by their services I was under the impression that this was how all solicitors worked, however Shannon has been like a breath of fresh air, quick to reply to emails, quick to get me ready to exchange, Shannon has been beyond helpful with any queries I have had.
