Needed to upgrade our Honda Jazz
Having to upgrade our Honda Jazz to accommodate a child seat and 2 adults in the back we arranged a visit to Toyota Basingstoke. On arrival we were immediately approached by Zsolt who greeted us warmly and asked how we were and offered us refreshments before offering his help on our reason for the visit Zsolt was very proffessional and listened to our requirements before taking us outside to view some potential cars He suggested that the Corolla would be a great car for us and after viewing 2 or 3 we decided to test drive the lovely looking GR Sport As I had no experience driving a hybrid Zsolts expertise was greatly appreciated and after getting insured for the test drive i was ready for his instruction I must add that whilst Zsolt was dealing with paperwork etc we were always being asked by other sales and showroom staff if we were ok or needed refreshments my wife and I always felt at ease The test drive was unbelievable and we quickly decided that this was going to be our new car so after what we thought was a good and fair deal we shook hands with Zsolt and part exchanged the Jazz with relevant documents to be exchanged and payments made 2 days later .Zsolt offered us several add ons which we took up on the tyre and paint protection ones which we were happy to do . Zsolt dealt with a slight paperwork issue as we wanted the car in my wifes name as it was her name on the Jazz log sheet and was easier to insure for same reason but again was not an issue for him .on the day we picked up the Corolla it looked amazing sat outside the entrance to the showroom all nice and polished like a brand new car Zsolt welcomed us with refreshments and we proceded to take possesssion of our new car exchanging keys etc and then it was time to take it home . Zsolt rang us 2 days later to see how we were getting on and within another 2 days we had the log sheet and tax refund sent through the post .Summing up my wife and I had a pleasurable experience and would highly reccomend freinds and family to visit Group 1 toyota Kind regards Keith & Dawn Ford ps Thanks again zsolt
