Had issues with my Samsung Flip 6 (AWFUL mobile!) and sent for repair as screen went funny colours and stopped working after only 10 months. They claim that I dropped the mobile and sent pictures of damage. I took a picture before I sent. No damage and I did NOT drop my mobile!. They insist there is so I have to pay for a repair! Unethical and disgusting company. I will never buy a Samsung again or trust this company.

Fast fix of blowing headphones. Shame the Galaxy buds seem to develop these problems but this company that fixes them got the work done with no fuss and quickly. They printed a job sheet and gave me a new free set of outer and innwe rubber bits.

I reported a fault to Samsung and their repair partners, TMT First, were quick to respond. Collection was arranged with no delay and earbuds were collected promptly. The earbuds were then returned very quickly and I was advised that they had been replaced rather than repaired. All round service was excellent.
