Bought my Samsung fold 6 on Feb 7th of this year. In May a line appeared down the middle of the screen so I contacted Samsung. They sent my phone here for repair and I received the phone back mid June. The phone seemed to be fixed and I was using it for a few weeks. Then at the start of August the front screen became completely unresponsive. Samsung advised me to take the phone to a Samsung centre near me. After leaving the phone with them and being told it would be fixed within two hours, I received a phone call from them asking if it had been repaired before. I told them it was with TMT First in June for a previous repair. Turns out when they opened the phone to do the repair there were parts missing, fingerprints on the inside of the phone, and they couldn't find any record of the previous repair on their system. Because of this they said I would have to pay for this as the first repair hadn't been completed properly so the warranty was broken!! I had read reviews of TMT First after my phone was sent to them and was quite concerned, seems my concerns were valid. Please think carefully before sending your phone here, my 6 month old phone is now no use to me unless I pay over £400 for a fix!!!

They collected it at a convenient time, kept me updates during the process and delivered it once fixed. Very quick
Repair not completed. Instead they found a fault that was outwith warranty. Initially stated damage to case, followed up by pixel damage discovered when replacing screen protector. Not when removing screen protector. Why they were removing protector was not explained. Called Samsung Customer Relations (theres a nisnomer) to discuss and was fobbed off, agent talked over me, refused access to supervisor, refused to raise the issue in any way. Samsung and TMT could do no wrong. All in all a bad experience.
Clearly whilst repairing the device the issue documented was not either looked at or completely ignored and was reported to Samsung as repair completed having replaced the motherboard! I am not sure why this was done and I had to spend another hour with Samsung trying to convince them that the issue had not been sorted which is the video function not working and had to send photos of the issue to prove this. So embarrassed by the whole situation. So the phone was returned without fixing the issue! How can I give any stars for the service , which by the look of things may have conned Samsung and lied about repairing my phone! I had not restored data on my phone before checking but after uploading the data I checked again! Still not working! I had told Samsung about this situation and they asked me to repeat all the steps again .. clearing cache etc ... soft and hard resets .. it's the same over and over again .. repeating the same steps and doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome..!!
Good communication, calling me to check my satisfaction with the repair activity (albeit before I'd received my device back yet!) Once received, I confirmed my Samsung Earbuds were working again, and so I am completely satisfied with the whole service from TMT First.
Pick up extremely fast. Comms great throughout, fast repair and fast return. Broke phone on Saturday at 1 pm and had it back repaired at 3 pm the following saturday
Phone was in the sea and has returned as new . Well pleased with the result
