Requested change of delivery address and the repair was sent to my old address.

Went in for a new screen and came back with screen, back glass and rim all renewed so like a new phone, but it was away for a week which is too long, maybe should send a loan phone like Apple do now, I was lucky I had an old phone to use, others might not

Very fast repair, my phone is working perfectly now. I am very pleased.

My Samsung galaxy ring was having an issue where every 7 or so days it would not tell me it needed charging and so ran out of charge, causing me to lose a day's worth of data. It also would no longer charge wirelessly but Samsung told me that was a case issue and not something they could fix. My ring was sent off for repairs, and has come back fixed and as a bonus also charges wirelessly again!

Re-commerce! UK Affiliate/Partner The business unit of this company appears to have an asset-assessment partnership with European company Re-commerce! who appear to be fraudulent. Sent a laptop to UK TMT First address for trade-in, was successfully assessed, recieved a revised offer from Re-commerce! and then never received any payment. Looks like a SCAM / FRAUD company to me - beware. Mr R Myers

Super fast repair. I was kept up to date with the progress. I dont know what they did but my earbuds sounded so much better when I got them back. Very happy with the service.

Sent my phone on Sunday received it 5 days later. Phone has not been fixed, still trying to get in touch with Samsung about this.

I sent my phone away for repair through Samsung (TMT), as the inner screen had split. I received my phone back within 5 days or so and not only did they repair the damage but they also replaced the scratched front screen protector, thank you ! My phone looks a million dollars now .... any buyers ?!!! 😁

After getting over the hurdle of the website then a call centre and then back to the website things went smoothly and swiftly. The website is temperamental and the 2 attempts of using it took over 2 hours to complete. The call centre was worse. My neatest repair centre is Stoke, many miles away. I told the call handler that but she just kept saying the Stoke was my nearest centre and if they had the parts they may be able to fix the same day. No good if I cannot get there.
