Impossible to reach them
I purchased a ticket for an event on June 28, advertised as an adult weekend ticket. However, after the purchase, it turned out to be a child ticket—despite paying a price double the child ticket. I’ve been trying to contact TicketSwap via their in-app chat and email since then, but as of July 3, I’ve received no response. With the event approaching, I still don’t know whether they’ll fix the ticket, issue a refund, or if I’ll need to buy a new one. There’s also no other way to contact them, which is incredibly frustrating.
