Mark very nice guy as wanting to cancel my subscription this morning. I was worried that this would be complicated there was a little hard sale but hey ho received email saying "Goodbye".

Quick and cheap tickets for family of 4

After several weeks searching for the cheapest tickets for the London Eye, I found the Picnik website the day before the visit, where it was possible to purchase a family ticket that was not available on the official site. We arrived 40 minutes early in the morning and entered right at opening with a wait time of just 10 minutes. It was fantastic. I highly recommend it and will use it again if needed.

I was sceptical about using Picniq as I…

I was sceptical about using Picniq as I had never heard of them before, but took a shot and it paid off. I bought tickets to Howletts Zoo. I immediately received a WhatsApp confirmation message and then the tickets were emailed across shortly afterwards. The ticket officer at the entrance of Howletts scanned the Picniq tickets without question and we had a wonderful time at the zoo. Picniq saved us approximately £30 off standard ticket prices, which meant that we could afford an ice cream and a souvenir for our children - thank you Picniq! Will be using again and recommending.

Stayed at the Days Inn Sheffield

Stayed at the Days Inn Sheffield, M1 Motorway South. Woodall. Yorks S26 7XR After having some difficulty finding it, we were in for a real surprise. The lady receptionist, namely Tina Walters was a tonic. She was so friendly and helpful and certainly made us feel welcome. She made sure that we were happy with everything. Clear explanations and all with a genuine smile. A credit to any organization. Well done Tina. Keep it up to teach the youngsters.

Poor booking experience

The website went wrong and showed a different price to advertising and when booking even when putting in the correct date the tickets were ordered for the wrong day. Was disappointed when speaking to customer service that no apology for the poor booking experience was offered. They rectified the problem, but no apology. Would have been easier to book direct so wouldn’t use again or recommend.

What sets a company apart is the quality of service they provide, and Picniq excels in this regard! My first experience with them was initially disappointing. I booked a venue through their online system, only to be denied entry due to a miscommunication. However, Steve from Picniq responded to my complaint within seconds on WhatsApp and followed up with a call, even though it was a Sunday. He was extremely empathetic and apologetic, assuring me that the issue would be resolved. The following day, Andy confirmed a full refund, offered compensation, and ensured the incorrect information on their website was corrected. Although our family endured a wasted two-hour trip and a disappointing day, I am full of admiration for how Picniq handled the situation and their genuine commitment to customer service. Despite my initial negative experience, I will definitely use their services again. Well done, Picniq!
