Tickets arrived in time. Survival guide helps a lot - useful not only for firstcomers!

I did not realize this was a ticket reseller. 1 issue was I was not able to pick the seat, only the grandstand. With my age, being in the middle of a row was a problem. I always pick seats near an aisle. 2 I was told we had access to the gray areas, Red Bull stands, T1 and T2 up to T3 where our seats were. This was not the case, we were required to walk outside side of the track in the bus area to access our seats. Even from the Fan Zone, we had to exit the track requiring extra long lines and security checks. Heck we even had to line up and scan out of the Fan Zone! Crazy! The races were great and the track is amazing. Views of the action in T3 were worth the hike. Be prepared to do some serious hiking! We covered over 10K each of our 3 days at the track. All up hill! I could only give this 3 stars as I wasn’t aware they were resellers and so was very concerned to travel all this way with no account to log into ( I kept getting marketing emails suggesting I’d not booked) and a “promise” from GP Austria ( under the name F1Austria) that the tickets would arrive via email before the race weekend. I live in the UK and I am used to having accounts with logins and passwords and often dedicated apps for venues with sophisticated multi changing QR codes to prevent duplications As it was I did get reassurance from the company before hand and everything turned out fine from their side. Best GP I have attended but the staff at the RBRing and security was over the top with multiple long queue times expect to spend up to 1 1/2 hours queuing on Sunday and don’t attempt to enter via the tunnel entrance through the campsite and expect to be at T3 in less than 2 hours)! If you visit the fan zone from T3 expect to queue 4 extra times!

I bought tickets for the Imola Grand Prix, the ticketing process was easy and the customer service was very helpful. The weather was amazing. The atmosphere was great😊 All in all an amazing experience!

HO ACQUISTATO I BIGLIETTI CON BONIFICO ,ARRIVATO A GP DOPO 5 GIORNI ( VISTO CHE E' ESTERO E TI PERMETTONO DI FARLO ) , MI DICONO CHE I BIGLIETTI NON CI SONO E MI OFFRONO ALTRI BIGLIETTI AL DOPPIO O IL RIMBORSO . HO SCELTO IL RIMBORSO VISTA LA POCA SERIETA' DELLA SOCIETA GP . SE PENSANO DI CAUSARE QUESTI PROBLEMI FACCIANO FARE PAGAMENTI SOLO CON CARTA DI CREDITO .

Great once you got to the stand but travelling by train is a nightmare. The trains are either late and/or already full of passengers and therefore it takes ages. There is also a long walk from the station to the track.

Everything was great except the ridiculous seats at the Start-Finish stands. We have visited many F1 circuit but this was beyond any (bad) expectations. For a 1.000€ per seater one would expect a reasonable amount of space. Instead we (as well as many others) had to remain standing. We will not revisit ever again.

It was a Great Weekend Would be cool of you can decide where you sit when you buy so the people who boud it early can choose the better places

Esperienza fantastica , week end completo…. Organizzazione ottima , speriamo davvero di ritornare e rivedere il GP di Imola l anno prossimo …. Ne vale la pena davvero da tifoso e da non tifoso … anzi se non lo sei , lo diventerai.

Thanks for an easy and helpful buying process. Electronic tickets arrived in my inbox with all the necessary info and very useful advice on every detail. It was our first experience at Formula1 events and all was amazing.

Very disappointed. We seated in Zone C top row but were literally behind a very large tree. Could hardly see the track and not the screens either. Bad value for money I’m afraid.

Unbelievable tight places. We visited several F1 circuits, but we never experiences such a lack of place. We paid € 750,- per seat and could not move, the seats are dirty and not even a backseat. If somebody arrives or leaves everybody in two rows have to stand up and help each other. The toilets are a real disgrace, they have not been cleaned in years!! Imola does not deserve a spot on the calendar for my opinion.

First off, don't listen to the Reddit threads stating that this is a scam company, they are certainly not. However, they certainly do have questionable business practices. I purchased grandstand tickets for the up-coming Imola GP through them 8 months ago a specific grandstand that was sold out everywhere else, but my wife and I wanted to sit there. So I ate the extra cost associated with purchasing through a secondary retailer in order to sit in the grandstand my wife and I wanted. Then a month prior to the race I get an email that the ticket I reserved isn't available, which makes me think it never was available since I originally reserved it back in October 2024! Now I have tickets in a different grandstand that I could have bought directly from the promoter last October for 100 euro cheaper than what Tickets.gp has charged me. I would suggest you follow the age-saying, if it seems too good to be true it probably is.
