Very disappointed. I bought Coldplay tickets a year ago and planned my whole trip to London around the concert. Just a few days before, the show was rescheduled to a date when I was no longer in the city. I asked to be moved to the September 8th concert (when I was still in London), but was told to request a refund. Now I find out that the service fees are not refunded, which is completely unfair. The change was not my fault, yet I am the one losing money.

Easy to use site, useful updates and information

Excellent event and great line up. I’m coeliac and had no issue getting food too which can usually be a problem. Just used QR codes for tickets from the Ticketmaster app so easy.

0 stars Coldplay concert moved, so I requested 1 of my tickets be refunded and you refunded a random ticket that is in the middle of my group so some random person will be sat there! Thanks Paulyn M. from Ticketmaster for ruining our experience and refusing to help sort it out.

Having purchased the tickets for Coldplay about a year ago Ticketmaster provided me with continuous updates regarding the event. They have been extremely professional and made the whole experience enjoyable.

Coldplay always put on an amazing fantastic show. But Not so great seats tickets view. Was miles from the stage. Wembley. Very expensive seats block 528 for Wembley. In the heavens. And only got the tickets sent to me a few days before the concert. Last week. Even though I applied early on the pre sale. Over a year ago. For them to have my money a year in advance. Obviously a years interest on our money. And yet we have to wait a year for our tickets.

Sadly the date of the Coldplay concert changed and one of our party couldn’t make it. Efficient service to solve my problem, and refund one ticket, thank you!

Super easy ticket process, intimate venue that worked well with the band and music genre

Only giving one star because I can’t give none and leave a review. Bunch of crooks. Tickets changed arbitrarily to a date we can’t do, won’t transfer to another date, insist I have to request a refund and still charge a handling fee! Atrocious service and if I never use Ticketmaster again, it would still be too soon! I detest the monopoly TM has over the gigging world, destroying the industry and I’ll only be going to independent gigs from now on. Shame on you Coldplay

Been for 2 days to rock n roll circus and was absolutely amazing. So well organised and brilliant bands on both days. Today headline was Reverend and the Makers and the show was one of the best. Love the fact that they were all in some way connected to the headliner, which added to experience. Food was brilliant, plenty of places to choose from. Would highly recommend this as an experience for all the family. The circus acts just made the whole day even more special!! 💥💥
