I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

There is a serious lack of communication and absolutely no compassion. They really need to work on their communication skills because itβs extremely poor. They tell you one thing and then do something completely different. I had a reservation with a mistake on it. I asked for advice on how to fix the mistake. They told me, βWeβll get back to you within an hour and resolve the issue.β Instead, they canceled my entire flight. Horrible service. They didnβt even bother to give me a call.

I was seeking a one way ticket, which are usually more expensive than a round trip! Marvin a Senior Support Agent at Thrive was extremely professional and followed through with everything as promised. The price came in at half the normal rate.

Stephanie Anderson was fantastic to deal with. I didn't like the fact that every time I tried to book a flight it told me the passengers didn't match my search. Bull!!! It only forced me to call and find out the rate you advertised was no longer available. I also didn't like there were only 2 tickets still available for every flight I tried to book!

Would have liked to have known where seats were prior to booking. Information about flight partially incorrect. Second leg of flight was not standard premium seating with more legroom. Not a dealbreaker since short flight from JFK to Cleveland. Fare was best I could find. Trip insurance was pricey one way London Heathrow to Cleveland, compared to flying with Delta to Paris one way.
