Cancellation!!
There is a serious lack of communication and absolutely no compassion. They really need to work on their communication skills because it’s extremely poor. They tell you one thing and then do something completely different. I had a reservation with a mistake on it. I asked for advice on how to fix the mistake. They told me, “We’ll get back to you within an hour and resolve the issue.” Instead, they canceled my entire flight. Horrible service. They didn’t even bother to give me a call.
