Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

Great experience
The travel agent was SUPER responsive, answered questions very professionally and in an easy to understand manner, and did everything he said he would do, and quickly. Our flight was confirmed, for an amazing price, and we logged onto the airline site directly and could see we were booked as agreed, and we were charged exactly what we agreed to.

Terrible. I used this company for flights to and from Europe and my ticket coming back to the US got cancelled because the prices changed. Then it happened a second time for the same route. Genuinely horrible experience using the company. I had to eventually book straight through Delta for around $400 more than if I had just booked it normally two days prior.
