Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

Good responses Not a 5 * because they need to confirm payment successfully. I got charged and got an initial msg that payment not successful. Later when I raised a ticket they confirmed payment. They could have sent an automated email co fiming payment

We didn't lose our flight reservations…
We didn't lose our flight reservations due to a block on our credit card. We were able to resolve the issue with the credit card company and Thrive was able to keep our flight for us.

Thrive Travel went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation!
There was a mistake in our booking involving our names, that was most likely caused by autofill on our computer. Unfortunately we didn't catch the mistake right away and we had to rebook one of our tickets just a couple weeks before the flight. This increased the cost significantly, but Thrive Travel went out of their way to correct the error, including helping us to recoup most of the extra cost. We found them to be very helpful, even going beyond what was required, to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely use their services again in the future for our travel plans.

Absolutely DO NOT USE
Absolutely DO NOT USE I almost could not get on my international flight because of Thrive Travel. I purchased a Lufthansa ticket through them (received confirmation emails, etc.). I did not receive a check in email for my flight 24 hours before, and when I called they told me that no seat had been reserved for me, and to get a seat I would have to pay an additional $250. I hung up with them and called the airline directly, which told me that I was only on stand by for the flight. I was able to get on the flight due to it not being completely full, but it was an extremely stressful experience, and I was almost scammed out of more money from them. Please do not use Thrive Travel to book.
