I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

Most important, a great price for a perfect flight. A slight glitch with the payment process, but Diane sorted it out seamlessly by the text chat line. Also, the headline price on some other sites is a clickbait multi stop itinerary; the flight you actually want is nearly always double that price
I used Thrive to book a flight from Rome to Chicago Ohare. We had issues w/ paying for our luggage (pre paid for luggage through Lufthansa and was made to pay again at airport through United). I contacted Lufthansa who refused to refund me (it was $160). Zach from Thrive travel reached out to me and was so kind to help me out, understanding of the issue, and Thrive reimbursed me for the double payment of our luggage. Will definitely use Thrive again in the future (Lufthansa-probably not!).
