Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

Thrive customer service was fantastic
Thrive customer service was fantastic. I had to use a One Time Passcode from Mastercard to approve their transaction with the airline. I was skeptical at first, but their customer service was responsive and professional. Their booking with the airline did not include reserved seats, however, I was able to upgrade the seats on the airline website directly. Highly recommend Thrive

Great service from Bruce. Within 3 hours on a weekend, had my ticket, verified it on the airline website Ticket price was almost 45% less than other sites. The whole process was seamless.

Great price and service
The price we got through Thrive is much lower than what we saw on the airline website. Once the booking was made we were able to go to the airline website and buy the seats we wanted. Communication from Thrive, both via email and when I called the number they gave when you want to talk to a person, was clear and complete. The person I talked to was very helpful
