I found Terence and his staff brilliant to deal with...he is honest and decent and will always make sure you get the best. I traded my Triumph in for a Honda NC 750 and I love the bike. The showroom and clothing accessories are fabulously laid out and the bikes are in pristine condition coupled with a great back up makes this business outstanding. I would highly recommend anybody interested in buying a bike to visit Terence Healy...you wont be dissappointed.
I visited the store today. I was blown away with everything. The freshness the friendly atmosphere. The range of accessories and clothing second to none. The bikes new and used turned out 2nd to none. 5 star. All day long.

As I entered Terance healys in tullamore I was warmly greeted at healys reception. ITS just me, BUT first impressions are important to me. As the saying goes you really need to go and see something in person. They quality and attention to detail and presentation of what awaited me really was impressive to say the least. I bought a very clean mint condition motorcycle from terance .Terance was patient and friendly and janelle was courteous and helpful . More luck to terance and janelle .

I bought a really top condition honda cb1000r 2021 off terrence. The buying experience was effortless and no bother. He really does have a superb stock of top quality and condition motorbikes in his showroom. Cant say anything negative,genuinely. Janelle is lovely as well!

I recently purchased a motorbike from Terence Healy Motorcycles, and I couldn’t be happier with my bike. The buying process was smooth, they recommended me a finance company they deal with, my finance was approved the very same day. All paperwork done by email. They have a big selection of motorbikes, like new conditions, spotless clean. I will definitely shop at Terence Healy again in the future. Highly recommended! Simona and Ladislav.

What an absolute joke! I spent the last two days speaking with this company and expressed a very keen interest in one of their stocked motorbikes. I was in regular contact with Janelle and despite being turned down for finance (glad I was, looking at the interest charges) I advised them that I had been approved for finance elsewhere. I offered to pay a deposit to hold the bike and even left a detailed voicemail message for Terence, the owner, confirming the same, after being told Janelle was not in the office, bike had already been sold that's why! I messaged the company today to say I would travel to them to look at the bike to be told it had been sold and rather rudely advised that sales were on a first come first served basis and that bikes could not be held otherwise half their stock would be on hold! Appalling customer focus and service, I definitely won't be buying my next bike from them, but they won't be bothered because they're so busy selling bikes to other people. It's probably because I'm British and a retired police officer! I messaged Terence and he has stopped responding and can't even be bothered. A response from thmotorcycles.ie suggests that some of my messages this morning were abusive, which is nonesense, I simply expressed my opinion as to how I had been treated. I had offered to put a deposit on the bike rather than expecting it to be 'held' and interest had been shown over 2 consecutive days, staff were fully aware of my interest which included an application for finance, interest couldn't get more serious. And yet despite all of this thmotorcycles went against my wishes and sold the bike to someone else! Underhand and very unprofessional. I sent in my bank statements without any delay and they were not submitted for an hour, had they been processed sooner I would have been in a more proactive position. Don't make out that I am the one in the wrong.

I bought a Honda CBF 600 recently, i have to say that deal was very good and straightforward. Very good contact and great service. Stock in the showroom is unreal and all bikes looks like new and never driven. I was well looked after and i would highly recommend to anyone who likes good quality bikes! Thank you again and i will be back for another deal for sure.
