Similar experience to KayKay...Not responsive nor proactive sorting issues

Similar experience to KayKay. I have an instalment plan for 2025 festival tickets and the monthly payments have not debited from my bank account. I emailed about this issue multiple times in November and December and I was told it was being investigated. They then went cold for 4 weeks so I emailed again. They suggested calling to make the missed payments over the phone which took 20 minutes. Despite being apologetic I would not recommend.

Complete failure of customer service

I wish I could benefit from some of this amazing customer service I'm reading about below. I've had a problem with my payment plan for a festival ticket purchase - the payments are not being collected. I first contacted TicketSellers about this at the beginning of November after the first payment was missed. After their initial acknowledgement email, I was not contacted again until 27 November, when I was assured 'Our tech team is currently investigating the issue and we are confident that we will have an update for you by next week.'. 'Next week' came and went. I emailed again to gently request an update, and when that was further ignored I sent an email to complain. This has again been completely ignored. I can be understanding about technical issues if I am kept informed, even just a little bit - but this company stonewalling me feels horrible and I'm really stressed about my payments not being taken. I do not want to have to pay a large sum in one go nor have my payments stretch out longer than intended.

Great experience with this team who were extremely responsive and managed to defer my tickets to another event as I was unable to use them this year. Great service mindset.

The worst possible customer service…

The worst possible customer service experience I have ever had. I've been emailing everyday, tweeted, sent a message on instagram, and nothing. I'm waiting for a refund on a ticket I sold nearly 6 weeks ago and nothing. It's meant I can't go on a holiday I was supposed to as that money was paying for my flight. Awful, awful company, will never use them again.

No Refund Policy

If I could no stars I would. E mailed me months ago if I wanted a refund for an event and I stated I wanted this option. Nearly 3 Months later and no refund or response to any of my E Mails. This seems to be a regular occurrence with this Company looking at other reviews. My next stop is Trading Standards.

Impossible to contact

You literally cannot get hold of them. If you call a message tells you to email and they never pick up. They say they have higher than normal call volumes so wait times are extended, but it's 2.30pm on Wednesday. None of my emails have been answered yet and it's been multiple over weeks. Their FAQs say I can change the name on my tickets using a button which definitely doesn't exist. Honestly shocking

Used their reseller service in February…

Used their reseller service in February they sold my tickets but never sent me any money, 8 weeks of trying to get through to customer service and all I got was a response saying they refunded it to a card that wasn't mine and not the amount due, 6 weeks on from that still no further response. Could have just sold the tickets to mates and done a name change, feels like they stole my money

Terrible customer service response

Terrible customer service response. Don't gamble with this company. They clearly don't know what they are doing and make false promises. After hours of phone time and numerous bogus promises I am done with them. Beware.

Scammers

Scammers, don’t ever go for installment tickets as if there is any issue with even one payment the whole thing is cancelled and whatever you’ve paid so far will not be refunded I wish boomtown would change their ticket distributor, utter sham, spoke to customer services about it and they was no help, rude if anything

QUICK, SIMPLE, HELPFUL

Connor provided a quick, smooth service to what I expected to be a long winded process. I actually couldn't believe how easy he made it everything and how helpful he was. I can 100% recommend TicketSellers as a company. I have bought many tickets through them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Connor ☺️

Impressive and efficient…

They dealt with last years postponement with impressive efficiency and have written to say the cancelled event (fire in the mountain) is again postponed and offering to refund my held over ticket money. I didn’t even have to contact them. Brilliant service from Romana.
