Similar experience to KayKay...Not responsive nor proactive sorting issues

Similar experience to KayKay. I have an instalment plan for 2025 festival tickets and the monthly payments have not debited from my bank account. I emailed about this issue multiple times in November and December and I was told it was being investigated. They then went cold for 4 weeks so I emailed again. They suggested calling to make the missed payments over the phone which took 20 minutes. Despite being apologetic I would not recommend.

Complete failure of customer service

I wish I could benefit from some of this amazing customer service I'm reading about below. I've had a problem with my payment plan for a festival ticket purchase - the payments are not being collected. I first contacted TicketSellers about this at the beginning of November after the first payment was missed. After their initial acknowledgement email, I was not contacted again until 27 November, when I was assured 'Our tech team is currently investigating the issue and we are confident that we will have an update for you by next week.'. 'Next week' came and went. I emailed again to gently request an update, and when that was further ignored I sent an email to complain. This has again been completely ignored. I can be understanding about technical issues if I am kept informed, even just a little bit - but this company stonewalling me feels horrible and I'm really stressed about my payments not being taken. I do not want to have to pay a large sum in one go nor have my payments stretch out longer than intended.

Great experience with this team who were extremely responsive and managed to defer my tickets to another event as I was unable to use them this year. Great service mindset.

Inability to contact ticket sellers…

I have tried to contact ticket sellers over a number of weeks about getting my £138 deposit back. I tried calling their telephone number many times and at different times of the day. Each time the phone rang for around half an hour. I have concluded that they don’t bother to answer the phone so I tried e mailing and have had no response. I want to make a formal complaint but can’t find a way to. Appalling service and reflects badly on the End of the Road festival. Joe Logan

Sold tickets 6 weeks ago and have still not received payment when people I know have all got their money. They don’t reply to emails and the phones go dead as soon as you call. Avoid like the plague if you can.

Not received Boomtown refund

Sold my Boomtown ticket through there resale link in June, confirmation email of it being sold and refund will be issued in 7-14 days. Received £10 eco bond but still no face value for the ticket. No reply to my emails and been on hold on the phone for 2hrs 30mins so far with no answer.

Refusing to allow reselling of tickets…

Refusing to allow reselling of tickets unless it is through their platform, which has lead people to be unable to sell their tickets because there are no proper pathways to do so. They just want more commission from tickets. The event tickets industry has become a joke. Do not use this site.

Avoid.

Avoid.. If a ticket you are after is on sale elsewhere, then buy it elsewhere Ticketsellers are absolute scammers... They allow you to sell your tickets through their platform but do not give you the money... You cannot contact them by any means as they do not respond Save your sanity and money and buy elsewhere

Avoid at All Costs

Very poor experience. Farmfest 2022 event has been cancelled (they say postponed - but let’s face it, if you are not running the festival this year and have postponed until next year, it’s cancelled. Not postponed). I applied for a refund as I have no idea if I will be available next year. Ticketsellers acknowledge your request for refund “ Thank you. We have saved your selection. You do not need to take any further action at this stage.” Then further down that page: “ Depending on the quantity of refund requests it may take us a few weeks to process these so please bare with us.” It’s “bear” not “bare” for one…. Which gives me an idea of what kind of organisation I’m dealing with. However, I requested this refund well over a month ago and have heard nothing since. How long does it take to issue a refund? Are they sending a cheque? Complete joke and will not be purchasing tickets through them ever again.
