Similar experience to KayKay...Not responsive nor proactive sorting issues
Similar experience to KayKay. I have an instalment plan for 2025 festival tickets and the monthly payments have not debited from my bank account. I emailed about this issue multiple times in November and December and I was told it was being investigated. They then went cold for 4 weeks so I emailed again. They suggested calling to make the missed payments over the phone which took 20 minutes. Despite being apologetic I would not recommend.
