Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru
Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.
Great service
They gave a quote. Reviewed and approved the quote day after I sent it. Paid the next day. Very smooth interaction.

Simple and easy to follow procedure

I received excellent service from the team at Mobile Guru. I sold my iPhone and received the amount as per their initial online quote. Thanks to the wonderful team at mobile guru, especially Liz and Hannah, for making the whole process of selling a phone so easy and seamless. This is my first time selling a phone and they gave me a competitive offer for my phone. Communication was great and timely. I was also able to post the phone out at my own convenience with reply paid postage instead of having to drive all the way down to their office (which is 45 mins away for me.). Would not hesitate to recommend Mobile guru and would definitely deal with them again in the future i ever need to sell a phone again. Well done, team!

Trustworthy company - they deliver on what they promise. Honest and upfront - they don't deceive you by downgrading what your phone is (for i.e. classification to sell the phone, Mint, Good etc.). They have a set criteria, if you meet it, they will pay it out - simple.

Quick and easy process
The process was easy to follow, completed the application, posted the items, they were received and reviewed in 4 days, there condition report was the same as I expected as per the guidelines and payment was processed and received the next day after confirmation, I will definitely use again.
